I was born in the countryside of the South Brazil. I was raised around many animals and nature. During my childhood I lived around a lot of animals, mostly cats and dogs, but also a horse. After moving to the city, in a much smaller house, I lived with just one cat (his name was Dimi) and one dog (his name was Toshiro) around me. But most of my friends from Brazil have either cats or dogs, so I was always surrounded by animals my whole life. I had some opportunities to take care of my friend's and neighbor's pets over the years, taking them for walks, feed them, give them medication, play around with them, etc. I am also vegetarian and one of the reasons for that is the animal cause. I take every opportunity I get to give a pet some affection because they deserve all the love in the world, since they transform our lives. I would love to have a pet, but unfortunately I can't at the moment because I live in the students residence and animals are not allowed. Also, as I am an international student, my expenses are limited.
