Heike is a super star!! A strong ally to have in your corner for help in a time of need. We planned our vacation but the planned caregiver for our dog had to cancel. As a result, we ended up in a mad rush for someone to replace them in a super short amount of time… We were contacted with many without any success but as somehow our dog is rather young and sometimes reactive to other dogs, quickly we sort of gave up on our planned vacation when we were got contacted by Heike. The very next day we met and went for a long walk with her dogs and with her magic touch there were absolutely no problems. In all honesty our dog came back to us a week later much better behaved than when we left it. Heike was taking our dog for very long walks with her dogs without leash, she sent is many pictures and small videos making us feel very much secure with her care. There are simply not enough stars for us to give to Heike, very highly recommended.
