Hey there! I'm Giulia, a biology graduate and part-time dog-sitter. I started dog-sitting in 2018 but I've had a dog for 12 years and always loved any kind of pet. I take care of dogs of any size and age, I am very serious but friendly and empathic as well. I am confident and flexible, I am glad to arrange meetings and walks based on the owner's needs. My native language is Italian but I'm fluent in English, I've lived abroad and I can understand German as this is my second year here. As I'm working for my master's thesis project in a lab, I am free in the early morning or the afternoon. I offer walks and daily visits as I cannot host a dog in my apartment. I have experience with staying at owner's apartment for taking care of the dog, I am very clean and attentive. Dogs feel comfortable with me and I will make them feel as if I'm their aunt/sister :) I usually enjoy going to green areas to let the dogs wander and smell around. I don't feel it's safe to unleash dogs in open areas, even in the forest, especially if I don't know them very good. I'm also used to really shy dogs but I'd like to be informed in advance in order for me to be ready when I encounter other dogs :)
