I love animals, especially dogs and cats, more than I like most people. I volunteered in animal shelters for 3 years in Thailand, Taiwan, Cambodia and Laos. At times, I'd handle 35 dogs and cats alone. That's my heaven on earth! I can sit with them around me for hours, take them for walks, brush and bathe them but i also like to discipline them. I can administer medication to dogs and cats (i learnt it in the shelters) and i am careful with their diet. I don't mind picking their poop or having their hair all over me. I think animals give us the purest and sincerest form of joy without ever asking for anything in return. Maybe belly rubs or a treat or 2. If you'd let me, i'd care for your dogs, cats and small pets like they are my own.
