I am searching for a part-time, experienced babysitter who can take care of my 6 year old boy for 4 afternoons/evenings per week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu). Hours are 16:00-19:30 each day. I am looking for someone who can start from 19th August 2024. The role will be: - Pick-up from school and drop-off at home (via U-Bahn or own car) - Prepare and give him dinner - Play and reading time - Bath and Bedtime routine - Ad hoc cover such as extra baby-sitting/sickness help We are a British family (including a cat). Hallo, Betreut community! We're a fun, travel-loving and adventurous family that needs your help to function at its best. Our family moved to Germany from San Francisco in January and are enjoying making Oberursel home. Our kids (boy 7, girl 4) attend the Frankfurt International School here in town. My husband commutes to Frankfurt during the week and I work remotely in the evenings, so we need some extra help ~2/nights a week from 5-9pm. Both parents occasionally travel for work too, so additional hours would be available those weeks. You could be our ideal fit if you're comfortable preparing a simple meal for the kids, doing the bedtime routine (7-year old is pretty independent), and have your own vehicle to pick up from activities, playdates or camp. There are also lots of trails and a playground right near our house, so it's great if you like the outdoors. The kids speak English, some Spanish and are learning German, so language skills are always a plus so they can practice! Bonus: we're willing to pay more for tidying and doing the kids laundry.
