My name is Micaela. I am a young Chilean woman of 28 years old and I recently arrived in Hamburg together with my husband. He is a 32 year old lawyer who will study his master's degree at Bucerius Law School. I am a visual artist by profession and worked in Chile for more than two years as an educator and art teacher in a kindergarten of Reggio Emilia methodology called “Bambú”. There I was in charge of two classes with children from 0 to 4 years old. In addition, I did a course in psychoplastics in Chile to treat the emotional development of children through psychology and art, and I have been taking care of children for more than 8 years in my spare time. I feel very committed to the well-being and integral development of children, as I consider of great importance to create a safe environment and stimulate their creativity and interest. I would like to continue to take care of children in Germany, since for my husband’s professional reasons I had to give up my job as a teacher, which I loved so much, and the job as a nanny fits perfectly with my schedule. As for languages, I am fluent in Spanish and English and one of my next goals is to learn German.
