I am currently a master's student at the University of Erfurt, and while I have not worked as a professional caregiver before, I have always been the go-to babysitter in my family. My experience caring for younger relatives has taught me how to engage with children and create a comfortable, fun, and safe environment for them. I believe children feel at ease around me because of my warm, patient, and attentive nature. I am confident that my caring personality, along with my ability to connect with kids, makes me well-suited for this daycare position.
