Hi there, My name is Courtney and I am originally from Seattle, Washington USA. In Seattle, I received a BFA in Dance and in Berlin I finished a MA in Social Work and Human Rights. I have lived here for eight years and currently work full-time at a university supporting student's mental health. Due to my work schedule, I am only available to support on occasional evenings/ weekends. Working with children is a huge passion of mine and that is why I am on the search for a nice family to support from time to time. In my approach to child care, I try to make space for all of their feelings and validate those emotions. Non-violent communication (compassionate communication) is something I try to practice and I use this with children as well. I have experience watching babies from 6 months old up to teenagers. I am a positive, warm hearted, patient and creative person and I am looking forward to spending time with your child/children :)
